 Today's Website Issues

Throughout the day today the server that hosts EVE-Dev.net repeatedly went down. After a bit of a phone chat with tech support at the hosting company they were able to trace the problem to a faulty power supply. The PSU was replaced, and the server should now continue to stay online without issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

 First Blog From Iceland

Well, I've been very busy with EVETV stuff as of late, but I did get around to writing up a nice little blog entry about the first two days. So if you're interested in EVETV and make goes on behind the scenes here, take a look at EVETV - Getting Ready.

Hopefully I'll get some time later to post most of the pictures I've taken (including spiralJunkie in some compromising positions).

Remember that EVETV airs at 14:30 GMT, which oddly enough is also 14:30 EVE Time, which makes it fairly easy to figure out. You can watch us live on the Official EVETV Website.

 Coming Soon - Version 1.2.0

The current release target for version 1.2.0 of the increasingly popular EVE-Dev Killboard software is Tuesday, November 28th. This is the same day that CCP will be patching Traqulity for the much anticipated release of Revelations (Kail I). Exi has been working hard to get the first stable release of the killboard ready, and all of us in the EVE-Dev community are thankful for his tireless work.

If you'd like to take a look at some of the beta code for 1.2.0 you can check it out via SVN or via our Trac website.

As always, check out our forums for support.

Thank you all for your continued interest in this software, and website.

 Saying Hello..

Alrighty,

Well hello there! As ace said, some of you might remember me from running the old EVE-DB, some of you might remember me ingame. Irregardless or not, I'm back and kicking for action

I'm waiting till Kali comes in before I create a new account.. but otherwise I'm already hard at work. Currently working on my eggdrop on IRC in regards to EVE, but I suppose I need a bunch of things on this website for the bot to do what I need it to do. Check it out in #eve-dev on irc.coldfront.net.

I hope to bring alot to the table, as I do have a handful of spare time on a daily basis to work on things. If anyone is interested in hopping onboard as a content-guru, contact ace or myself.

 We've got a new website!

As you might have noticed, I've moved the entire website (ok, so it was just some forums) over to e107. There's alot of stuff that needs to be added, but I assure you that the slaves and code monkeys are hard at work.

In the next few days I plan on having a new and cool looking design up and running, as well as getting a few people on board and generating content for the website. Leading our content team will be none other then the world renowned Ganja, who is back from his multi-year hiatus. Some of you may remember him from back in the days of eve-db, of which Ganja had a hand in creating. Others might know him from his tricky trades ingame from within the Space Invaders corp.

If you are interested in helping out with the website, or are looking for a place to host your EVE related project, feel free to drop me a line ingame or on IRC in the #eve-dev chat channel.

Note: All old user accounts were migrated over as well, so just login using your old username and password.
